Next event: Saturday, October 26th & Sunday, October 27, 2013 in Atlanta, GA At The Shed at Ponce City Market I am very excited to announce that I will be doing my next Public Domain Dinner with [chefs Angus Brown and Nhan Le] at The Shed at Ponce City Market. I have not chosen these talented chefs simply because they created a unique dining concept. These dinners are my way of showcasing chefs and producers of quality food and ingredients that I think are important to the communities they are a part of. The chefs I choose to collaborate with have to not only be active in their local food scene and act as our connection to farmers and producers of the ingredients we will use in our dinner, they also have to have qualities that I think will create a fun challenge and lasting friendship for me, and a collaboration that will yield a dinner that I feel is the best example of what the city I am visiting has to offer culinarily. These guys do that in spades. Brown and Le will be assisted by David Sweeney, Jon Sellitto, and Matt Blackburn. Menu Cost Featured Producers Charity Public Domain Dinners will donate a portion of the proceeds of this dinner to Concrete Jungle, a volunteer-run, Atlanta-based organization that helps to distribute unused food to the hungry.
