Creative Loafing Atlanta's Stephanie Dazey profiles chef Angus Brown ahead of his season-long trip to Asia about his plans for Octopus, and also throws in recipes for a $20 meal.

Angus Brown talks to Atlanta Magazine's Osayi Endolyn about his first month of travelling through Asia and some of his food experiences abroad.

"Octopus Bar’s setup, however odd, yields some of the most focused and individualistic cooking in the city . . . . I’ve never eaten so well in the wee hours of Atlanta. If Brown and Le’s collaboration keeps delivering this level of quality and boldness, I can’t imagine they’ll be cooking for so small an audience much longer."
